When you are riding your bike, you can secure the EnforceAir Pro Road to the frame of your bicycle with the included mounting bracket, but when you need to actually use the pump, simply remove the pump from your bicycle, secure the reversible valve (which works with both Presta and Schrader) to your tube, unlatch the small steel footplate and place your foot on top of it. Turn the handle to its perpendicular position and start pumping! It works just the same as a floor pump!
